Shipping Cost

All orders above Rs. 500 are eligible for free shipping . For orders below Rs. 500, there is a Rs. 100 shipping fee

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5-10 days. However, customised items are often designed by designers and hence may take longer.

International Shipping : As if now we deliver only in India. International shipping is not available

Delivery Issues

If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call you . The courier will attempt to deliver it again to you twice on two consecutive days. If the courier keeps missing you, the items will be automatically returned .Shipping charges would be charged and balanced would be refunded in the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reasons you have to cancel an order, you will require to do so within 2 hours of placing the order, as most of our orders are shipped the very same day. Simply call us or drop us an email.
Only orders that haven't been shipped can be cancelled. If the order is already in transit, follow our standard return process within 7 days of delivery.

Replacements

If you'd like to exchange something you purchased for something else, you can make a replacement request by contacting our customer care team at care@ninosdreams.com

Return Process

All return requests must be received within 7 days of delivery. To return a product, please email us at care@ninosdreams.com. Please provide your product details and the reason for return, so we can keep improving. We'll send you a confirmation once your return request is processed.

Return Policy

We offer return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. For reasons of hygiene and personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear, and accessories cannot be returned. Please note that items on ‘final sale’ cannot be returned. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap).
If an item is damaged or doesn't match the description, we are happy to replace it. If we don’t have a replacement in stock you will be credited the full amount, including the shipping charges.

For all returns, we aim to pick up your item in 3-5 days. For a few pin codes, where we can't pick up the items, you'll have to send the item to us and we'll reimburse you based on your shipping invoice.
