RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We offer return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. For reasons of hygiene,and personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear, and accessories cannot be returned. Please note that items on ‘final sale cannot be returned. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). If an item received from our end is damaged or doesn't match the description, we are happy to replace it. If we don’t have a replacement in stock you will be credited the full amount, including the shipping charges. Please email care@ninosdreams.com to let us know if your item was damaged or doesn't match description.

 

What is the refund policy for the returned item?

We process refund after quality check of the items returned by you. If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 days of refund.

 

When will my return get picked up?

We send the return pick-up request to our Transport partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our transport partners pick-up the returned items within 3 days of receiving the request
